David spent his working life dreaming up ideas in his role as creative director with advertising agencies and the media creating radio and TV commercials.... more
His early training at Hornsey College of Art in London together with his professional skills as a designer are now the foundation of his life as an artist.
David paints full time and concentrates on his “BLOKES” range of paintings which depict many different every day situations and illustrate a quirky style and a sense of humour.
His work is becoming hugely popular with clients not only in the UK but also in Europe and USA.
Having lived in Yorkshire for over 40 years David now lives in Poole, Dorset with his wife and has 5 grand children who are never short of ideas for the next Blokes painting.
