How long will it take for my art to be delivered?
You will note from your basket the approximate time for delivery. If the art you have chosen is in stock the goods could be with you in 10-14 days. However, our art in some cases is a bespoke product, which means that your order may be manufactured to your specification. Because of this, delivery can take up to 25 days. If you require your selected items sooner, please contact us , and one of our customer services team will speak directly with you to establish and confirm your requirements….they are there to help.
What do I do upon receiving my piece of art?
Before signing for your piece of art, please check all external packaging for damage. If you are happy with the condition, please sign the paperwork as 'in good Condition'. If there is visible damage or you suspect there may be damage then please accept the delivery but sign the paperwork as 'damaged goods'. Please then contact us to arrange for the piece to be collected for return.
When opening your package, please take care and allow for possible movement in transit. Once open, it's very important that you retain all internal and external packaging, until you have examined and ascertained that you are happy with the artwork sent. Should there be a need to return the art to us please use the specially designed packaging for its safe return. Insufficient packing on any returned items may affect your insurance cover.
How will my piece of art arrive?
Each piece of art is carefully wrapped and protected in our specially designed art protection packaging (see our video) before being shipped to a private address or delivered to your local gallery. If you have chosen to have your art delivered (rather than collecting from a gallery) and the selected item contains glass we will reframe it with special art Perspex rather than the original glass to ensure it can be transported safely.
Can I choose when my art will be delivered?
Before we ship any piece of art to a private address, we will contact you to arrange a suitable date for a courier to deliver your art. However, we can't currently allocate a specific time for the piece to be delivered.
How much does delivery cost?
The standard UK mainland delivery is free to online custmers.
Highlands and Islands there may be some additional costs.

Can we ship your artwork abroad?
Over the past 10 years Breeze art galleries have shipped artworks all around the world. If you would like to arrange an over-seas delivery, simply complete your customer details with the shopping basket and a shipping cost will be quoted for your goods to be shipped. Should your location NOT be covered by our international shipping partner (TNT) a contact us button, will appear and one of our customer services team will contact you directly to arrange safe dispatch to your specific location…. anywhere in the world.
Can I collect a piece of art from my local gallery?
Of course, and if you collect from a gallery, there is no delivery charge. We have a network of 5 art galleries across Scotland and you can arrange to have your piece of art delivered to the most convenient location. Please click here to see our gallery locations.
How do I arrange a return for a piece of art, which has been damaged in transit?
If your piece of art needs to be returned due to damage in transit, please contact us and we will arrange a suitable date and time to collect the piece. The art will need to be wrapped in the original packaging. (Please note: our courier service cannot collect and return to us, without this external packaging). Can I return a piece of art?
28 day return policy.
All of our clients have 28 days in which to establish if the item/artwork chosen is right for you. We will offer you the chance to exchange the artwork or item purchased for an alternative piece or a credit note to use within 12 months.
Please contact us directly should you wish to return the goods within the 28-day period (the 28 days starts from the date you receive and sign for the goods). The client will be charged for the return journey of the goods and a member of the Breeze customer services team will contact you to take payment.
